When I called about removing a spoiler from my 2020 Lexus LS 500, Tammy took my call and answered my questions promptly and told me the best … More times to come by for an evaluation. Justin, the technician, worked carefully to access whether the spoiler was simply glued on or attached with bolts before attempting to remove it. While he was removing it, he covered the trunk area with a cloth to prevent damage while rooming the spoiler and the glue and tape from the car; then, he cleaned and buffed the area. They had access to the status of my car as well and were very patient in explaining the status to me. Justin helped me with a piece that was not attached tightly.
